1. Photography at the Tournament

During the tournament, our organisers capture photographs and short video clips of the day. These images may include players at their chess boards, prize-giving, group photos, and the general atmosphere of the tournament hall.

2. Where These Images May Be Used

By proceeding, you acknowledge that images in which the player may appear may be used on:

• The Streamline Chess Organizers / SMART Chess website
• Social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
• Tournament reports sent to schools, chess federations and local media
• Printed promotional material such as posters and newsletters
• Chess SA and district-level chess publications

3. What We Will NOT Do

We will never sell or license images to third parties for unrelated commercial use. We will never publish a child's full name together with their photograph without separate written permission. We will never publish a child's personal contact details alongside a photograph, and we will never use images in any embarrassing or inappropriate context.

4. Your Right to Opt Out

You may refuse consent at any time by emailing reg@streamlinechess.com. Refusing consent will not affect the player's ability to participate. Images already published will be removed within 7 working days of your request.

5. Your Consent

By ticking the box below, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian or authorised representative of the player(s) being registered, and you grant Streamline Chess Organizers / SMART Chess permission to capture and use photographs and video recordings of the player(s) at the tournament for the purposes described above.
